Propolis

Propolis or propolis is the material that bees use to build their hives and is made up of a mixture of resins, sap and other materials obtained from trees. It is a substance with many health benefits: from the use of propolis as an antibiotic to treat throat infections or inflammation to its ability to help heal wounds, wounds and burns. In ampoules, pills, syrup or cigar, propolis should never be missing from your medicine cabinet!

Properties of propolis

The properties of propolis have been known since antiquity and include, among others:

How to take propolis
